How do I join a group?

Step by step

1. Install kisir and pick a name — no email or password.
2. Open the invite link from the chat. The app opens with the code filled in. Or tap Join on the Home screen and type the six-character code, or scan the QR code with your camera.
3. Check “Your name in this group” and tap Join group.

Good to know

• If someone already added you by name before you had the app, kisir asks whether that’s you (“That’s you”) — claim the spot and their expenses on that name become yours.
• If the name is already used in that group, kisir says “That name’s taken here”; pick another one. It only changes your name in this group.
• Joining needs an internet connection.
