Delete your kisir data

Delete everything, in one step

In kisir, open Settings and choose Delete everything. It deletes, on our server: your member record, every sign-in and notification token, your email address if you added one, and every group where you are the only member, with all its expenses. It also removes the copy kept on your phone. This cannot be undone.

One thing stays: in groups you share with other people, your name stays on the expenses it is part of, because removing it would silently change what everyone else owes. It is no longer linked to you in any way.

Delete parts of it

• An expense or payment you added: open it and delete it. It is removed permanently. Only the person who added it can do this.
• A group: leave it. With no expenses of yours in it, you are removed from the group; with expenses, your name stays on them, marked as having left. Anyone can leave, including the person who created the group.
• A whole group, for everyone: nobody can delete a group from under the others. When the last member with the app has left, the group deletes itself, with every expense and payment in it.
• Someone with no expenses in a group can be removed from it by the others.
• The copy on your phone: uninstalling kisir removes it.

Ask us to delete it

If the app can’t do what you need — a group erased, or everything connected to you — email support@kisir.am with the group’s name or code and what you want removed. We delete it from the database by hand and confirm when it’s done, within 30 days.
